This is a true story…

Many years earlier, cellular phone weren’t invented yet.

I lived in a condominium complex. I stayed at home from work to get to a necessary doctor’s consultation. We had just now acquired a 1963 Dodge Dart station wagon.

I went to get the vehicle and discovered that the rear tire was flat. I had a couple of minutes left, so I went to the back to check under the flooring. The spare was filled and prepared to go, but no jack. It would have been difficult to switch the tire without a jack.

Desperate and disillusioned, I said a short prayer: “Lord! I actually appreciate your help in this matter – Amen”

60 seconds later, I heard a truck coming around the corner to enter our apartment complex. It was a tow truck! I was seen by the gentlemen who pulled up directly next to me and informed me he was lost and searching for directions.

He looks at my car and asks: “Would it be fine if I could help with that?”

I gave him directions, and he utilized his hydraulic lift to change my tire in 3 minutes. 
I looked up and said, “Many thanks!”
